    Nintendo Yoshi Plush

As you can probably tell by my avatar, I am a huge fan of Yoshi, the cute little dinosaur from Nintendo. I've loved him since Yoshi Story on the nintendo 64, and have played as Yoshi in all party games such as Mario Party and Mario Kart ever since. My boyfriend even bought me Yoshi's Island on the DS for my anniversary present last year, because he knew that I love it so much. My parents, however, broke the mould last year when they got me a cuddly yoshi plush for christmas, and I don't think I've let go of it since.

Bear in mind, I am eighteen years old and haven't been a child who loves cuddly toys in a long time, but there's something about this yoshi that I just love. He's about a foot tall, so fits into my arms nicely while I sleep, and is soft enough that I can cuddle him pretty hard without any problems. In terms of appearance, the Yoshi plush is a very good representation of how he looks in the Nintendo games he features in- very very cute, with wide nintendo eyes and little orange boots. He has a red shell on his back, which is used for carrying baby Mario in several of the games, and a small sticky out tail.

Yoshi, along with several other cuddly Mario characters, including Mario and Wario, have until recently been available in the majority of Game stores throughout the UK. However, I haven't seen them there in a few weeks, so I don't know if they're getting them back in stock. You can find Yoshi plushies in a wide variety of colours on Ebay, if you're willing to buy things there, but probably also in some Game stores still if you can find them. They retail for about £10, but obviously you could probably find them cheaper on ebay.

There's not much else that I can say about Yoshi, except that ther are no small parts to swallow so he should be fine for children (and adults!) of all ages. I've had mine for six months and I haven't tired of his cuteness and cuddliness, so in short, he's a perfect cuddly toy and I would strongly recommend him to everyone.

Aye I've recently bought a cuddly monkey and a cuddly elephant because they're ridiculously cute and only £5 at Asda. I'm running out of space in my bed now.
